Who We Are

A small institution with a long horizon.

A Singapore-based company built to develop, own and operate long-term value-creation platforms — with agriculture and origin products at the centre of its work, guided by a written corporate constitution.

We are currently in our strategic development phase, and open about it. Our foundations are defined; our present work is disciplined evaluation and the careful construction of first partnerships.

Singapore is our home by design: rule of law, institutional credibility, connectivity, and a tradition of patient stewardship.

A processing facility can be built in eighteen months. The knowledge of when a pod is ready, how a leaf should dry, what a good season smells like — that took generations, and it lives in people.

We work through existing associations and cooperatives wherever they exist; where they do not, we build direct partnerships on the same terms of respect. We hire, train and promote locally. And we measure our own success partly by a hard question: if HQ8 stepped away, what would remain? The answer must be: skills, standards, infrastructure and stronger organisations — not a hole.

Who we are

This website is operated by HOUSE OF HQ8 PTE. LTD. ("HOUSE OF HQ8", "we", "us"), a private company incorporated in Singapore. We are the party responsible for personal data collected through this website. For all privacy matters, contact us at Koen@houseofhq8.com.

We take a simple position on personal data: we collect little, we use it only for the purpose you gave it to us, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing. This policy explains that position in practical terms.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you use our contact form or write to us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, organisation, email address, the capacity in which you are contacting us, and the content of your message. Providing this information is voluntary; without an email address we simply cannot reply to you.

Technical information. Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records limited technical data when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and access times — in standard server logs. This data is used for security, error diagnosis and keeping the website running reliably. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Analytics. This website currently uses no analytics or tracking tools. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first, and where consent is legally required, it will be asked for before any analytics run.

Why we process your information

We use personal data only to: respond to your enquiry and correspond with you; explore the partnership, institutional or commercial conversation you initiated; maintain the security and integrity of the website; and comply with legal obligations.
